Proprietary latch immune CMOS technologies enable ruggedized monolithic construction. The logic input is compatible with standard CMOS or LSTTL output. The output drivers feature a high pulse current buffer stage designed for minimum driver cross-conduction. Propagation delays between two channels are matched. www.irf.com (c) 2010 International Rectifier 3 IRS4427 Qualification Information Qualification Level Moisture Sensitivity Level Machine Model ESD Human Body Model IC Latch-Up Test RoHS Compliant Industrial Comments: This family of ICs has passed JEDEC's Industrial qualification.
